Your Will

This site enables you to submit your information which will be used by us to create an individual will or a basic mirror will where 2 people want to complete a will together (typically for couples).

A basic will assumes that subject to a maximum number of specific gifts, all your remaining assets will be sold and distributed equally amongst your children OR in accordance with shared amongst specified beneficiaries A basic will does not include the setting up of any trusts, and is not drafted in a way to be tax efficient. If you are interested in setting up trusts in your will for example to protect your estate in the event your spouse remarries OR to minimise exposure to inheritance tax then please contact the Solicitors directly to discuss options.

We will use the information in this form to generate your will(s) then contact you for a short review call to confirm if everything is in order. You will be sent a copy of the final document to download.

Please note: once you have answered all questions, and the details have been forwarded to the Solicitors – none of your details will be stored on this site.
